Add Socratic Teaching, Tutor Persona skill, and Progress Tracking
- Enhanced 00-learning-how-to-learn with Socratic Teaching Mode section - Created new 00-tutor-persona skill (32 total skills) with character-based AI tutoring, inspired by 吴乐旻's "苏格拉底·七" system - Added Progress Tracking & Spaced Review section to all 31 existing skills - Updated README with changelog and skill count (31→32) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
