Volume "credentials" doesn't seem to be used in the connect deployment #163

Just checking the helm source-code and it looks like there is created a volume called credentials for a secret

        - name: credentials
          secret:
            secretName: {{ .Values.connect.credentialsName }}

but it isn't used. Instead the secret is injected into ENV VAR OP_SESSION.

Please verify.
