Why was tool_macro added when rig_tool already exists?

The documentation only mentions tool_macro, but the rig-derive examples use rig_tool. It seems tool_macro is just an alias to the older rig_tool? Why was that added? I feel its confusing to have multiple names for the same things since different code online uses different variations.

Should all new code be using tool_macro?

Thanks for the find, rig_tool is the one to use, tool_macro will be deleted in next release. It was a weird reexport

There’s knew other documentation discrepancy I noticed: tool_extension is still mentioned on the AgentRunner page, but no longer exists in favour of ToolContext

Yeah, I should probably be a bit better about updating the docs 😓
On the bright side https://docs.rs/rig/latest/rig/ is always up to date
