Is there a guide available to help me set up and run this project locally?

There isn't really anything to run in this project - it is used more like a foundation for the miden-client and miden-node projects. What are you intending to do with the project?

I want to start contributing to miden-base issues. I think I need to run multiple repositories to make it work, so I asked.

To contribute to miden-base issues, you can probably just clone the issues, but there isn't much to run except for tests or benchmarks (e.g., see here).

I want to run the it locally so I can simulate transcation, create wallet and fund some token init. Can I do that using cli?
